What the Future? is the most innovative and experiential pathways to employment and entrepreneurship festival in Australia.
The 3 July festival features some of SA's most exciting and authentic businesses sharing experience and stories with young people. It's hands on, it's inclusive, innovative and fun.
At our hugely successful pilot event with major partners Operation Flinders, the Specialised Assistance School for Youth and the Adelaide Showground attendees could try their hand at DJing, podcasting, changing a truck tyre, and using fire truck equipment. There were apprenticeship and casual work opportunities available; they could even join a yoga session and learn about careers in wellbeing.
What the Future? is expanding in 2024 to offer over 100 experiences and activities for future and current work seekers.
Whether you are an employer passionate about supporting people into employment, a young person or person who supports young people as a teacher or mentor of some kind, we want to share more with you about this fabulous event. AND it's free for Attendees as well as Activators.
